Hi,
I am looking for a new flatmate as my current one is off to Hong Kong!
About the flat
The room that is available is in a large 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Strawberry Hill with off road parking.
The flat is fully furnished bar the bedroom itself, although this has a huge built in wardrobe. Also my flatmate is happy to sell on her bed (only 2 years old) if required - or it can be removed if you have your own.
The flat is 2 mins walk from Strawberry Hill train station (direct to Waterloo), easy walking distance to Teddington and Twickenham (10 mins) and there is a bus stop at the end of road to get to Richmond etc. £710 including all bills available 1st July.
About me!
I'm a single, 35 year old professional (uni lecturer) and I'm often out and about visiting friends etc, but also keen for a social flat activity from time to time :-) I enjoy sports (playing and watching) and try and run a few times a week but should probably go more!
