Beautiful light, spacious and sunny room available to rent in 4 bedroom flat in Richmond Hill. Double bed & loads of storage with a triple mirrored wardrobe! Other bedroom furniture can be agreed if required. (desk, bedside table, chest of drawers, shelves etc)

There are 3 other flatmates, 1 male, 2 females. We’re all quite sociable and independant, but like to chill at home and hang out together too. Everyone is really laid back and great flatmates.

Good size lounge with dining table and 2 couches, TV, broadband etc (bills extra). The flat has 2 bathrooms (one shower, one bath - each with own toilet), good size kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer. Good central heating for cosy winter nights when they come and we have a cleaner once a fortnight.

Flat is close to Richmond Station (10 minute walk to District Line/ Overground/National Rail) and fantastic bus links everywhere.

Richmond hill has a great bakery/cafe, Oddbins, a brilliant local pub (The Marlborough) and convenience stores right next door. Richmond Park is only minutes away or take a short 5-10 min walk to main Richmond Shopping, the river, cafes etc.

If you want to live somewhere where your housemates are both respectful of your privacy but also like to hang out together, come on by and have a look at the room.

Bills are not included and you’ll need to pay for Council Tax, Gas & Elec, Water, Broadband which is approx. £90 a month

The room can be available earlier if required.
