We have a lovely two bedroom flat and one of the double rooms is available for renting.

We are looking for someone easy going, organised, either female or male.

The room is available from the 1st of December

Monthly rent is £780 and includes all the bills (WiFi, council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV licence, sky & Netflix )

There is a huge living/dining room to share.

In the kitchen you are able to use all the appliances, we even have a dishwasher which is very handy.

There is also outside parking (unallocated) - no need to pay for parking permit.

Location - it is exactly midway between Richmond and North Sheen stations, 10/15 minutes walk to each one. Both stations have direct links to waterloo, also from Richmond you can take over ground and/or district line, so we are well connected.

We are also 15 minutes walk to the Thames and Richmond Park, it is ideal if you are into running a long the river or in the park.
