New flat opposite Station- all bills included!

Bedroom (from show flat - furniture on order)

I'm looking for a friendly flat mate to share my 2-bed flat in Twickenham.

It is located in a brand new development directly opposite Twickenham station (<1 minute walk). It is also a 2 minute walk to the local shops and there are plenty of restaurants and pubs to choose from! Twickenham and Harlequins' stadiums are both about a 10 minute walk away.

The flat is appointed to the highest standard with Smeg appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, induction hob etc) and is fully furnished with brand new furniture, beds and mattresses and kitchen utensils etc.

The bedroom has an Ottoman double bed (huge amount of storage underneath the bed). There is also a good-sized fitted wardrobe and room for a chest of drawers and bedside tables.

All bills are included (water, electricity, council tax, TV licence and super-fast fibre BT broadband).

The gated complex has an on site concierge and estate management. Fob entry provides for security and there is a locked bike store.

I work in music management and am looking for a fun and friendly person who is up for hanging out but is also clean and tidy.
I am often out in the evenings and weekends either working or at rehearsals/concerts.
