I have a great very large loft room available immediately in my tiny, but really cozy cottage in a quiet area of Shepherds Bush - available to fun, friendly mature female, preferably working or studying during the day like myself, and who adores cats as I have a few !

The room itself is furnished with a double bed. There's a desk, lots of drawers, a table, comfortable chairs, attic window with a lovely view over the local gardens ... and also giving a beautiful light into the room. It's carpeted and really a great space to be in. There is however a rather steep and narrow staircase, so you got to be relatively agile ..

The cottage itself is tiny ... there is a lounge which we share - TV with Sky - a connecting kitchen with oven, microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There's a door from the lounge leading into the garden - still a bit messy (in the garden), but trying to get time to do things.

There is very fast wifi (which is included in the rent also)

Then there's a small hallway, front door, bathroom/shower, toilet - and my own bedroom.

The cottage is located walking distance from BBC, Westfield, lots of bus routes, and the 2 Shepherds Bush Stations (Hammersmith & City Line and Central Line) - all within Zone 2.

About myself - I am a 50-something, very active, working full time, good social life/skills ... fun, energetic, bit untidy though, but always clean up after myself!

The rent is £110 pw inclusive of all bills ... (council tax, gas, internet, electricity.

A month's rent in advance and just 1 week's deposit required.
