Room to rent in 3 bedroom house. Three housemates in all . Relaxed friendly house with great housemates. House is close to Askew Road and has good travel links to both Shepherds Bush and to Hammersmith. House is clean and comfortable. I am moving back to South Africa. Current housemates have busy lives and are often out and about socializing with friends and going to gym. The house is quiet and comfortable. Has a nice large kitchen if you like to cook and a large living room if you fancy watching television. Virgin Cable TV in living room and fibre optic virgin broadband. Water, virgin tv and broadband and council tax are £80 each per month. Gas and electric are billed quarterly and split 3 ways. these are about £55 per person on average. Cleaner £25 each person. the deposit for the room is £603. I have lived in this house for three years and it has been my most favourite house I lived in the uk.
