1 double room in a friendly house available from 1 September 2023. Large open plan living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms and outside patio. Rent £690 per month, excluding bills.

WHAT'S THE ROOM LIKE?
Double room on the first floor of the house. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and cupboard. It has a desk that can be used for a work from home situation.

WHAT'S THE HOUSE LIKE?
An end-of-terrace house located on a quiet residential road in Shepherd's Bush. The entire ground floor is an open plan living room and kitchen. We've got a couch, TV with Netflix etc, stacked bookshelf, table and chairs, and storage space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, newish cooker and microwave. We've got plates and pans etc that we all share, but you're welcome to bring your own. We have a back patio complete with BBQ and table. Upstairs, there's a bathroom with a bath/shower and four bedrooms. We also have a cat (Hurayra!) who has lived here for the last 6 years.

WHAT ARE THE TRANSPORT LINKS LIKE?
5 mins walk to Shepherds Bush Market Station (Hammersmith & City, Circle Line) and 15 mins walk from Shepherd's Bush Station (Central Line) & Shepherds Bush Overground. Travel time to Hammersmith is 15 minutes underground, 10 if you cycle. Paddington and Baker Street are 20 minutes by tube; Kings X and Oxford Circus in 25 minutes.

WHAT ARE THE BILLS LIKE?
We split bills for wifi, water, council tax, gas & electricity, TV license. We anticipate bills to be approximately £150/month each, but please be aware that this is liable to fluctuate.

WHO ARE WE?
We're a group of three girls who became friends as well as housemates after moving in together; our house has a very homely vibe. Lauren (Aussie) is a politics and history high school teacher; Katie (Brit) is a designer for Brompton bikes; Heli (Chinese) works in E-commerce at TikTok; and Hurayra (cat) is a sweet, cuddly girl with a chronic need for attention. We are a sociable bunch and love to have people over or go out to pubs/bars together, but we are equally happy watching tv or documentaries to then discuss after.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We've spent a lot of time making our house feel like a home, so we're looking for someone who is after something similar! We respect each other's space and keep the house clean and tidy (we have a cleaning rota and need someone willing take a fair role in weekly cleaning- after themselves, but also shared household jobs). We are an LGBTQ+ friendly house and have lived with both guys and girls over the years.
