The room available is a spacious double bedroom with high rise ceilings and has a huge amount of space. The Kitchen is newly decorated and the Lounge is spacious and has plenty of room to relax. The house also includes a garden, which is a premium in central London. It's location is absolutely ideal for anybody who works central as it has superb transport links (Central, Overground and Hammmersmith and City are within a 5-10 min walk. The housemates are really friendly and it has a great atmosphere, they would prefer to live with another female housemate but they are open to having a male. We are open to viewings all week and next week. If you need anymore pics let me know and I will send them over to you. Just to confirm the rent is £700 including bills.
