Double room available as from 29th October in a 3 bedroom flat for a guy/girl in the exciting area of White City (Shepherds Bush) in a cosy flat with friendly people.

The rent is £680 per month for the room which has got a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving unit. You will be sharing the flat with a Polish couple, a Turkish guy and a Polish girl (all non-smokers). Sorry but we won't be accepting any Turk or Pole as we want to keep the English as a main language in the flat.

The flat is located in a quiet area and has great transport links,
6 min walk from White City Tube Station (Central Line)
8 min walk from Wood Lane Tube Station (Hammersmith & City Line)
- 10 min walk from White City Bus Station and Westfield shopping centre (one of the biggest ones in Europe)
- 2 min walk to bus stops of 228 and 283.
- 6 min walk to bus stops of 220, 72, 272. Bus stops of central London buses(24 hours) are very close, as well (94 for Piccadilly, 148 for Victoria, N207 for Oxford Circus)

The flat has got all the amenities: Sky totally unlimited broadband (40mb), washer-dryer, lounge with sofas, table and chairs and a big screen TV and Xbox where we enjoy having a drink, watching a film or chill out.

£500 deposit and 1 month rent in advance are required. The rent includes all bills!
