We're currently looking for a friendly, considerate housemate or a couple to join our beautiful home in Shepherd's Bush, W12. If you indicate interest in the room I'm happy to write to you first.

We have a double room to rent in a relaxed and sociable household. We all like to do our own thing, but we get together every now and again to explore a little bit of the area, have dinner or organise a barbecue. You'll be sharing the house with 5 other housemates.

The room is in a good location - 5 minutes away from Shepherd's Bush Market and Westfield shopping centre, 10 minutes away from Shepherd's Bush - and is available now. Rent £750 pcm + bills: approx £70 per person per month. Security deposit: £750.

The room is fully furnished with: Double Bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and a shelf unit. The house has all amenities: Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, power shower (2 bathrooms). The shared lounge and kitchen is very spacious and we have a great backyard perfect for summer BBQs. There is storage space in the basement and we also have a cleaner for the communal areas who tidies the house every two weeks.
