Beautiful double room in Acton!

This is a fairly new house spread over three floors. The room is a double room on the top floor, double glazed and has a king-size bed, chest of drawers, dresser and huge wardrobe. The house is in a secure gated area. Some great pubs nearby. We have a fantastic kitchen (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven/grill and all other basic amenities), a lovely garden, a garage (in addition to an outside parking space), a VERY spacious living room (TV and PS4) and plenty of storage space.

The house is just off Creswick Road, 5 mins from Morrison's and 2 mins walk from a 24 hour Spar. It's well served by public transport (266 stops just outside) and a number of train stations are very close by:
* Acton Main Line: 8 mins walk
* Acton Town (Piccadilly Line): 12-15 mins walk
* North Acton (Central Line): 12-15 mins walk

Bills (TV, broadband, council tax and energy) are approximately £95 per month and deposit is £900. £150 agency fee. Rent is paid on the 4th day of each month.

The room is available from the 1st of Feb (can be slightly flexible for the right person) and is let through an agency. I’m moving out so as to live closer to work.

* A copy of your last payslip;
* A copy of your ID;
* Three bank statements or utility bills; and -
* A referee which must be a previous / your current landlord / agency
