Take my sunny double room in Shepherd's Bush!

Yup. Quite big.

After almost a year in this lovely double room, I've finally decided that I can't keep commuting to SE London anymore. Sad news for me - but a great opportunity for you to take my room.

About the room:

- not to brag, but it's the best one in the house;

- not the biggest, but it's on the quiet and sunny side, which means you'll actually be able to sleep at night and keep the windows open all day;

- it's really warm in winter and chilly in summer;

- have you seen the ridiculously huge window and high ceilings?

- HUGE bed, comfy mattress;

- plenty of storage space;

- kick-ass blinds if you hate sunlight in the morning. Or in general.

About the house:

- huge bathroom, eat-in kitchen with new appliances (oven, hob, microwave, 2 fridge-freezers, washing machine, toaster, kettle);

- the cleaning lady comes every week to sort out the common areas;

- fast broadband! 2 of them!

- all bills included;

- the property manager is lovely and she's always quick to help us out whatever we need;

- about a 3-5 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush Market Station, if you're too lazy to catch the Central Line, 10 minutes away. You can get to Central London within 20 minutes of leaving the house, which is pretty great if you ask me;

- buses! Nightbuses! Literally outside the house. Which means you can party central all you want and not worry about getting back;

- grocery store and butchers literally downstairs; loads of great take-out places on the street too if you're feeling lazy;

- plenty of pubs, bars, gyms around. Westfield is 10 minutes away; if you're into running Holland Park is very close, or my personal favourite - running down the Thames in Hammersmith nearby.

- pretty quiet neighbourhood, safe and friendly.

Breakdown: £750 pcm rent, £750 deposit, £49 admin fee. That's it.
