Hello, me and my boyfriend are looking for someone to join us in this pleasant 2 bedroom flat with a garden, patio and living room.

The available room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers/bedside table. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa and desk. The kitchen is stocked with utensils, pans and a new fridge/freezer and washing machine.

Located on a quiet street, the flat is walking distance to Chiswick, Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith areas. There are good bus-routes very nearby and the closest tubes are Ravenscourt Park(District) and Shepherds Bush Market(Ham&Circle).

We are looking for a professional who likes to keep a tidy home. We've had a great time living here and hope you will enjoy it as much as we have. Myself and my boyfriend take responsibility for regular cleaning of the shared areas (Bathroom, living room, kitchen, hallway, patio) and simply ask that you tidy up after cooking etc.
