I am a live in landlady and have 3 separate single bedrooms available for rent in a friendly house.

The rooms are fully furnished and include fridge, kettle, toaster and TV. Rent includes all main bills. Access to shared washing machine, cooker and microwave.
£5 PCM towards shared bill for BT Infinity Broadband.

We are only 5 mins away from North Acton Underground Station (Zone 2/3) with direct trains to Central London and 3 mins away from Acton Main Line National Rail which has direct trains to Reading and London Paddington.
We are also on London Bus routes 95, 260, 266 (24 hours) and 440.

Flatmate must be non smoking, a working professional and must be considerate to other flatmates who work shifts.. Post-grad students may be considered.

References are required and a deposit of 1 months rent (£600) is also required per room.
