A large double room with ensuite is available to rent from 1st September (until end of January), in a lovely house just at the border between East Acton and Shepherds Bush/Hammersmith.

The house has spacious communal areas, 2 additional bathrooms and a paved garden.

Excellent for transport links: District, Central, Hammersmith&City and London Overground lines, all within approx 10 minutes bus ride.

We are looking for a friendly couple (partners or friends) of professionals, mature, respectful and responsible, common sense driven and keen to recycle, that are willing to keep the house clean and tidy as having a pleasant living space is important to us. Smoking is ok outside the house.

You will be sharing the house with other 5 professionals (from Italy, Spain, France, Australia, Tunisia).

Rent per month:
Large double room with ensuite £800 plus bills.

The room is available for 4 months with possibility to roll on monthly.
