Room available in great house in acton/chiswick

Double bedroom available in large 3 bed house in acton/chiswick borders. We are a couple (live in landlords) looking for a nice friendly flat mate to share our large 3 bedroom house with. The bedroom is a furnished double with good storage space and quite nicely separated from the main living areas of the house. There is also plenty of additional storage space available to supplement that in the room. Our room has an ensuite toilet so the main bathroom is for the most part unused by us.

The house is split level and has a very large living room and separate large kitchen dining area. It is therefore ideal for both socialising yet having some time to yourself when needed. We also have a make shift roof terrace for catching those rays of sun on a nice day.

All bills are included, including broadband, full sky sports / movies multi room boxes to avoid tv clashes! The house is situated ideally about equi-distant between Acton and Chiswick. Transport wise, it is about 10mins from both Acton town (picadilly and district) and Chiswick park (district), and 5 mins from south acton on the london overground. There are also buses just around the corner that can get you to various parts of town.

I am 35 year old professional who is into sports, travel and the usual london social scene. Lucy is 29, loves travel, being active and social and organised fun (!) We're looking for a fun flat mate who we can get on well with, share a drink with from time to time and wants somewhere they can feel comfortable to treat as their own home. I'm generally pretty busy Monday to Friday as often work late or playing sports in the evening, Lucy is often out socialising, but we always look forward to occasional night in as well. We are away quite regularly at weekends, but enjoy at least one good night out on a Friday/Sat, when in london.

The room is available from the end of November when our current flat mate moves out. And one final thing to mention is we are likely to be looking after our friend's 2 cuddly cats for about 6 months from early Dec, so the new house will need to be happy with these in the house too.
