Single room available in friendly houseshare!

Hi,

I am advertising a single room in a very friendly house share in Acton.
I am really sad to be moving out, however I am moving back to the North for work and can no longer stay here!

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy person, that is just generally respectful of others in the house, but still likes to socialise and make this their home! We have a cosy living room and a big garden so this house is perfect to chill out in the winter and the summer!

It is slap bang in the middle, in between North Acton underground and West Acton Underground (approx. 10mins walk to either) both on the central line, and there is also Acton Mainline station just around the corner.
The house is also just opposite a lovely park, so if you are into running, or just fancy a walk this is perfect! - there is also a massive morrisons within walking distance, and lots of little shops close by too! Its a great area!

I am quite flexible as to the move in/out date, but I am generally looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

The rent is including bills (council tax + internet + water) and the only extra added bills are the electricity and gas which are every 3 months, and come to approximately £100 during the winter and £50 during the summer.
