Our lovely terrace- we think it's a winner!

We are looking for a housemate to join our fantastic split level bright and clean three bedroom flat! We are looking for a chilled out guy or girl who is looking for a home and not just a room. Someone relaxed, fun...and clean!

A little bit about the room: It isn't the largest room in the house but it certainly isn't a shoebox! We would describe it as cosy with enough room to spread your wings and it is quiet with plenty of light. It's furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The rent is 550pcm which includes all of your bills and household expenses, so no hidden costs other than your deposit.

And the house: It's a bright and clean split-level three bedroom property located just off Uxbridge Road. It's a very short walk to the tube lines (Hammersmith City/Circle and Central lines) as well as the Overground and buses. Westfield Shopping Centre is only a five minute walk away! We have a small lounge area however the terrace easily trumps it and is perfect for BBQs and soaking up the summer sun.
