Bright double-bedroom, loads of storage

Hey,

I will be moving out on the 22 August and I am looking to find a girl (sorry guys!) to take my lovely room.
The room has 2 double wardrobes, kingsize bed, 1 chest of drawers and shelves. The window faces the garden and theres plenty of light coming in during the day.

The house itself has a new bathroom, decent sized kitchen and plenty of storage around the house for extra stuff (shoes, luggage etc.). There is also a big garage where you can keep any other stuff, such as bikes etc.

We also have a big garden with a gazeebo, a bench and table and chairs - perfect for spending time in the sun.

All bills are included in the rent of £525 per month. There is also a gas bill every 3/4 months which we split between 3 of us.
