Double Room in 3 Bed Flat with garden in Acton!

Hi there! Wanted: Flatmate to share a nice 3 bed flat with 2 lovely ladies, Olivia [English] and Kamila [Czech].
I am moving out to be nearer to my work and looking for someone to take my room from the 6th of November.
My room (well...your room) is cosy and will be furnished with a double bed, 2 cupboards, 1 small desk & 1 wardrobe. The flat is spacious with a shared garden and a terrace [as we are on the 1st floor] all to ourselves, which is a great suntrap [well...when we have the weather!]. The rent for the room is £606.50/month [bills not included] and bills come to approximately £100/month.

We have great transport connections. Acton Town (piccadilly/district line) is a 15 minute walk; North Acton (central line) is a 20 minute walk or there's a fast bus that takes you there; Acton Central (overground) is a 10 minute walk and Acton Main Line (train takes 9 minutes to Paddington) is a 10 minute walk away. Also we're a ten minute bus ride from Ealing or 15/20 minutes from Shepherd's Bush.

We have broadband, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, washing machine, central heating, shower/bath.

Olivia is a classical musician/music teacher and works from home some of the time while Kamila is a teacher in one of the nearby school and also sings in a band during her spare time. We're a friendly household; mostly we socialize separately, but we're always happy to talk about our days, share a glass of wine and watch a bit of crap telly together in the evenings! We're all pretty clean and tidy but we also have a cleaner coming once a fortnight for a couple of hours [included in the bills].
