Friendly Flat in Shepherd's Bush

We are young professionals working in West London and would like a new flatmate to move in to our lovely flat. We are tidy, considerate and friendly. We would love to find a flatmate who is social and looking for a home and flatmates more than just a spare room.

The flat is split over two floors with a large open plan kitchen. It has been recently refurbished and has hardwood floors throughout, underfloor heating and two modern bathrooms - each with power shower. Because there are four of us and two bathrooms this means only sharing a bathroom with one other girl.

The flat also has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and a separate kitchen/diner to living room.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed, bed side table, clothes hanger and drawers and then a further chest of drawers. It is spacious and light and looks over the back gardens.

We are looking for a flatmate who wants somewhere long term, not short lets please and professionals with secure/regular income.
