Spacious Dbl in lovely sharehouse, great location

After 3 years in this lovely flat I am moving on to greener pastures :(
So we are looking for someone take my place.

The room is spacious, comfortably fitting in a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers a bookcase and a small desk. It also has a small built in storage cupboard.

The flat is split level and has two bathrooms. You will be sharing one of the bathrooms with one other housemate. The kitchen and lounge are also quite spacious and are good places to relax when you are at home.

The flat is very well connected in terms of transport with Goldhawk Road tube station 2 minutes walk away and Shepherds Bush station 5-10 minutes walk away. There are also good bus connections as well as good night bus connections from central London.

There are many places to eat close by and the flat is also less than 1 minute walk to Tesco and less than 2 minutes from Sainsburys.

The monthly rent is inclusive of council tax and internet, with gas and elec quarterly. (£670 + £780 deposit)

You will be sharing with three other professionals (English, Irish and Australian) all easy going and respectful. Our timetables tend to be quite different from each other and so we don't see each other a great deal but are usually up for a chat when we are in the kitchen/lounge together.
