Big double room available in Shepherd's Bush Area

We have a big double room available in a four bedroom victorian house in Shepherds Bush.

There's a nice spacious living room, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and a back garden. The house is located just 8-10 minutes away from Shepherds Bush, Shepherds Bush Market, and Hamersmith stations. Bus stop is literally just outside the house, so very handy!

The bedroom is completely furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, an adjustable table and a desk.

You'll be sharing with a female and two males all working professionals and aged between 26 - 30 years old. We would like to share with some one, who is looking for a place to call home and treat it as one. This meaning keeping the house clean and being respectable to each other. It would be great to find someone who is sociable as we all like to go out for meals or drinks together.

The room is available from the 15th of July. Monthly rent is £498 plus bills which are around approx £75 a month. Please note there is a minimum contract of 6 months and a deposit of £600 will be required.

No Pets allowed, no couples, no students.
