Room

We are looking for a single or couple to rent out our room for two weeks during August. Big double room that is fully furnished with bed, desk and plenty of clothes storage.
The house is located on a great street that is quiet and at the border of Shepherd’s Bush, Hammersmith, Acton and Chiswick, Zone 2.
It is a 2 minute walk to the 266 bus stop and approx. 15 min walk to Stamford Brook tube, and a 20 min walk to shepherds bush tube and Westfield. At the end of the street is Tesco, Co-op, 24hr Nisa and some really great cafés and restaurants.

The house was refurbished just before we moved in approximately one year ago so it’s fresh and feels new. There is a large new kitchen with oven, cook top, microwave, toastie maker, fridge, pots, pans, cooking equipment and plenty of cupboards for storage. There is a lounge room that is used by everyone downstairs with TV, DVD, ps3 and Wifi internet.
There is a small outdoor area with table and chairs for relaxing in the sun. Upstairs is three bedrooms and second bathroom. The room is upstairs
Everyone in the house is a young professional, one couple and two singles (1 male, 1 female).

Rent and Bills
Move in on Saturday 6th August ― Move out Saturday 20th ― 2 Weeks total
Rent will be £350 (Holding deposit of £100 after we return and make sure everything is alright with the room)
All bills included and no extra costs unless caused by you
