Looking for nice new housemates for 2 double rooms

Two friends/housemates (one Irish girl, one English guy 25 - 30) looking for people to fill the recently vacated large upstairs double room and smaller upstairs double room of our 4 bedroom house. Either two mates or individuals welcome.

Please note the pics are from over a year ago but the house still looks mostly the same except we have way comfier (and less disgusting looking) sofas now! Also the bedroom picture is of the downstairs bedroom directly below the large upstairs room available and is exactly the same proportions.

There's a nice front living room, a good sized kitchen, upstairs bathroom, outside area at the back. Just across the road and around the corner from various supermarkets, restaurants, and Brick Lane. Bethnal Green tube and Shoreditch High St Overground are five-ten minutes in either direction.

We are both professionals so work weekdays, but also very chilled out, like a drink, a chat, and the odd party. Looking for similar people, with a good sense of humour.

Available from 4th Jan but maybe flexible...
