Cosy double bedroom available in the heart of Shoreditch - ideal for a single. <5min walk to Shoreditch High St Station, 5mins walk to Old St Station and 10mins walk to Liverpool St Station - not that you need to leave the area. We are surrounded by some of the best pubs, bars, clubs, coffee shops and restaurants in London.

The available room is fully furnished with a double bed, small bedside table and wardrobe (it also has handy built in shelves), and is one of four rooms in a 3 storey share house. There is a common lounge room, 2 x bathrooms, kitchen and backyard (inc. veggie garden). Rent includes TV, Netflix, internet and council tax. Excludes water and power which is billed quarterly. We also have a cleaner that comes weekly which isn't included in the rent.

You will be sharing the house with three couples - all professional workers and have a social/active lifestyle.
