Double room for rent

This is a cosy and fantastic double room bedroom in a 4 bedroom flat just off Gloucester Road in the Royal Borough of Kensington.

It has 2 bathrooms, one of them will be for the occupier use only (so as if it was ensuite), a large living room, eat-in kitchen with all the necessary appliances such as washing machine, dish washer, dryer, fridge and freezer.

I am renting the room because I will be travelling for a month - the let is for ONE MONTH ONLY.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED and there is a weekly cleaner coming on Sundays which will keep the house nice & lovely.

The flatmate who you will be sharing this huge 4 bedroom flat with, is a young female professional working in the city. There will be no other sharer's in the flat as we are all going away for the summer.

We are looking for a professional or student who is clean and tidy, and who will take care of the house and the room as if it was her own, even if its just for a month :)
