I am looking for a lodger for a large double bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat in South Kensington, near Gloucester Road tube (District/Circle/Picadilly).

The room has quite spacious high ceilings and plenty of light. It comes with a bed, desk, bookshelves, loveseat and built-in wardrobes. New carpet and WIFI.

There is a beautiful balcony that you and I would share off your room. There are two bathrooms in the flat, so for the most part you would have your own bathroom. Access to fully stocked kitchen.

Rent includes bills.

I am looking for a lodger who is clean, responsible, honest, quiet, low-maintenance and thoughtful. This works particularly well for those professional who need a city flat during the week. I either go to meetings or work from home during the week. I am frequently around during the day.

I am not looking for couples or those interested in overnight guests.

Lots of restaurants and stores around. Great area that is close to a lot, yet still a neighbourhood.
