Comfortable, light, furnished single room in lovely two bedroom flat. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. This is a non smoking flat and I do not have any pets. I am a vegetarian but I do not mind at all if my flatmate eats meat.

I am a friendly, happy mature student. My working hours are quite varied and I am out quite a lot in the evenings. I am happy with a flatmate that does their own thing but of course I am always happy to cook/eat together and watch a DVD if we are both around at the same time. I am looking for a female Monday to Friday flatmate.

There is very easy access to the City and West End by tube (Vauxhall and Oval stations are both about 5-10 minutes walk away), bus and by very good bike routes. The flat is on a very quiet road and neighbours are all quiet and friendly.

There is an enormous Sainsbury's about 10 minutes walk away as well as various local corner shops. This is the Portuguese quarter of London and so there are lots of speciality shops and restaurants nearby. There is a very good pub just around the corner and an excellent Indian eat in/takeaway about five minutes walk away. There is an award winning local park with tennis courts and there is a local library.
