The property is fully centrally heated, very close to local shops and other amenities and underground station / Bus stops.
Prospective sharer will have access to shared W/C, Kitchen & Bathroom, Washing Machine & shelves in fridge freezer.

Would suit respectful, clean tidy, sedate, liberal minded professional, single female or student who enjoys a quiet life, respects their living environments & that of others & whom is happy to tidy up after themselves. It would be great to have a dependable honest person share this space as I would describe myself as possessing such traits.
