The flat is in a small estate, but in a lovely street and a really nice area near Clapham Old Town. So the building is not much to look at from the outside, but the trade off is that it is quite nice inside and is a decent size, and a lot more affordable than most things in the area.

My wife & I bought it about 6 years ago and lived in it until around 2 years ago, so the flooring / carpets appliances and furniture are all only a few years old or so.
