Friendly House Share - Double Room

We have a fantastic friendly house 5 minuted walk to tooting broadway
station

Bedroom: a full double bedroom, fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bed side table. Room has room to move around so is an actual double rom

House: It's a 4 bedroom house with 2 full bathrooms, eat in kitchen, good size south facing garden and a good size living room. Space is not an issue as it's a large modern property slit over 3 floors.

Flatmates: We are 1 male 32 english professional, 1 female 23 English and one couple both english professionals (24 & 25) We have a fun social house but are all respectful of each other too. We all want some "me time" every now and then!!

Whats Included: All bills are included in the monthly rental price of 700pcm. We have Sky HD with all film and sport package. We have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the whole house. Fibre Optic broadband included too so no connectivity issues either. We also have contents insurance just in case the worse should happen.

What we are looking for: Fun, friendly flatmate. Male or female. Professional. 21 - 35 years old.
We just want someone that will fit in nicely.

Room is available from 1st December 2014, however to some extend this is slightly flexible so please ask if you have a preferred move in date.
