Two double rooms available in flat share, conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wimbledon/Wimbledon station.

It's a 4 bedroom ground floor flat with access to a lovely garden and minutes from Wimbledon high street and the Wimbledon village. The flat is situated down a quite residential road with on-street parking available.

The flat has a large modern kitchen/diner, a cosy living room, and a bathroom/toilet. The flat also backs onto a lovely private garden.

The first bedroom is an extremely large, bright double room at £659 a month fully furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and chest of draws.

Bills are usually paid by one person and every month you would pay that person your share. Bills vary between 80 and 100.

Current house mates are all professionals and work full time. Everyone is very chilled but also enjoy the odd bottle of wine and dinner together. The ideal flatmate would be tidy, enjoys socialising but also respectful of each other's space.
