The flat has a large living/dining room and balcony, with beautiful views across Surrey. There is also a shared bathroom and compact kitchen.
The nearest station is west norwood (15min walk or 5min by bus), from which you can get straight into clapham junction, Victoria, crystal palace and London bridge. There are also buses to streatham, clapham, Brixton, and an express bus to Waterloo (35-45 mins).
The rent (£575pcm) includes all bills (council tax, water, electricity, TV, broadband); I'm hoping for someone for a six month tenancy and one month deposit.
