We are offering a fully furnished double room in our friendly 4 bed house share.

The room has a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It overlooks our decent sized back garden equip with furniture and a huge BBQ (for warm weather cook-ups). It is a very bright and warm space.

The house has everything you could ask for (within reason)! Downstairs there is nice new laminate flooring. The lounge is furnished with two comfy couches, a 50" plasma tv, Xbox, surround sound system and dvd player.

The kitchen adjoins the lounge and is fitted out with all basic appliances. In addition, we have a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer next to the upright fridge freezer. It is new, modern and clean!

There is also a toilet on this floor. Upstairs is the full bath and shower room.

The house also has sky HD tv, broadband/phone and is fitted with a burglar alarm - even though we are in a pretty safe area.

We are located just off Mitcham Lane in Streatham. Very close to a small parade of shops, takeaways (great chippy and chinese) and a pharmacy. The bus stop to Tooting Broadway tube station is literally on the corner and takes around 7 minutes. Tooting Broadway and Streatham are 15-20 minute walks in opposite directions. Tooting Common is a 10-15 minute walk away.

It's a really lovely and well renovated house. You will be sharing the House with Dominik (Restaurant Manager), Rodney (Accountant), Jordan (F&B) and Laura (Retail).

We are looking for one new flat mate to share the house with. Someone who is friendly, clean, likes a homey environment to live in, enjoy movie, conversation, food and wine. The household has always been comfortable and well kept space - which we all have tried to do our best to maintain! Only dog friendly individual as we have an adorable chihuahua who guards the house.
