We have a gorgeous double bedroom.

The property is a spacious 3 bed maisonette over the first and second floors, with a private entrance on the ground floor. It has a large reception room and a brand new kitchen/diner. If the sun is out there is a South facing roof terrace and a large garden perfect for BBQ’s in the summer! The flat has 1 large bathroom for communal use and another shower room on the top floor for the flatmates in upstairs rooms to share, so there shouldn’t be too much of a queue in the morning.

The flat has been refurbished over the last five years with a high spec but with a homely feel, which is so often lacking in a rental property! This is all kept clean and tidy by our cleaner comes around weekly to clean all the communal areas.

The bedroom has recently been decorated to a high standard with new carpets and decorating throughout. I think it’s safe to say there is plenty of storage space in this room; there are 2 built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space, with cupboards above. There are additional sets of freestanding drawers in the room and in the cupboards. There is also a dressing table/computer table with a long mirror on the door and king size bed with divan storage. Other things worth mentioning are the room has internet access and a lockable door.

The flat is ideally located to transport links. It’s approx. 10 mins from Brixton tube and approx. 10 mins from Clapham North. The bus stop is about a 1 min walk and runs frequent services in and out of London. Some routes run all night, so you can get home easily however late you're out. If you fancy going out a bit closer to home Brixton centre is a short walk and full of great bars and restaurants. There is street parking but you will need a permit. the flat is in-between Lidl and Tesco so should mean your arms won’t feel like they are going to fall off when you are carrying your shopping bags home! If you’re not a fan of cooking you will be spoilt for choice with the number of takeaways so close by.

We are a couple that owns the flat and has had flatmates here in the past. I should probably take the time to mention our 4 legged flat-mate; a dog called Ginger, she is very cute and lovable and wants nothing more than to chill on the sofa and eat. We currently have the property on the market so there would more than likely be weekly viewings of the flat. As we are selling we are looking for a shorter term rental. We have guessed about 4 months but we are happy to look at this term again at a later date.

Rent is £775 a month. The bills are £120.00 for an individual (water, gas, electricity, council tax, sky, TV licence, Internet and a cleaner.
