The house is a large Victorian terraced house with a double reception room, kitchen, separate dining room, utility room and garden.

The bedroom is large room with a king size bed & mattress, built-in storage and a bedside table, with a shared bathroom.

The house itself is fully furnished with a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish-washer, Sky & Netflix. There is also external, secure storage for bikes.

Englewood Road is a quiet residential street with very little traffic, but is excellently situated less than a 5 minute walk from Clapham South tube station (Zone 2) from where there are fast links via the Northern line to either the West End or the Square Mile.

Abbeville Village is just around the corner with a great mix of independent restaurants and local amenities such as dry-cleaners, , a Co-op, Sainsbury's Local, and load of independent restaurants

At the end of Englewood Road is a large Tesco at Clapham South, great local pubs in the Abbeville and the Avalon and, of course, the Common.

Current housemates include 1 male live in landlord, Sam (27), who works in financial communications, Luke (29) who's a junior doctor and Evie (27) a frustrated bin lady. We’re devastated our fourth housemate Is moving back to Scotland.

None of us knew each other before we moved in but have become great friends (devastes our fourth housemate is moving back to Scotland) and are looking for someone who knows how to have fun and will fit in but with a definite capacity to chill out.

The PCM rent includes all bills excludes the fortnightly cleaner Irma.
