£270/month single room in a large shared house

The garden

We're a really sociable house who enjoy cooking, movies and sitting in the garden enjoying a few drinks and some BBQ. Looking for a housemate who enjoys the same and keeps the house clean :)

The room is quite small (sorry the pictures came out a bit dark on my phone!). It has a bunk bed, a table, a huge closet, and a wardrobe. Fronting a quiet street in Tooting Broadway - just 1 or 2 mins walk from the tube and about 5mins from St. Georges hospital.

We have a big shared living room and kitchen, and a large garden with gas bbq, outdoor lights, and a pub garden table. We also have a big HD tv, a dining table, and a massive L-shaped couch.

The house has 2 fridges, a freezer, two ovens, loads of storage and 2 bathrooms (both with a shower - we just got a waterfall shower in one of them).

We get the fastest broadband (120mb) and our bills come to about £35/month. Deposit is £400.
