The bedroom has wood floors and an ensuite / en-suite shower with toilet and sink.
The room has a kingsize sleigh bed with a thick 100% latex mattress. There is a dressing table and stool, a cream leather chair, 2 wardrobes (with doors, not shown) for both hanging and folded clothes, a bedside table, and thick suede curtains. The afternoon sun lights up the whole room.

House and location
Entrance to development at SW17 6AT.
The 3-bedroom house is only 10 minutes walk (or 2 bus stops) from the high street and tube stations but is surrounded by more peaceful surroundings such as trees and open green spaces. High street and Mitcham Road includes Sainsburys' supermarket and 2 Tesco Express stores. Tooting Common and Athletics Track next door ideal for jogging, playing tennis, swimming, weight training.

The house itself has a total of 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets. There is an old widescreen TV, freeview box and DVD player in the living room. There is a dining area as well. And the house is equipped with modern appliances.

Maximum 23 minutes tube journey to city (Bank station), 28 minutes to Leicester Square (tfl website).
You can take one bus to St George's Hospital, Balham, Croydon, Kingston, Wimbledon, New Malden, Elephant and Castle, Fulham, Clapham Junction, Colliers Wood, Earlsfield, Wandsworth, Brixton or Streatham, St George's Hospital, Richmond, Battersea, Chelsea.
