The Flat (above the shops)

Furnished Double Room £850 per month including all bills.
Available from: 30th September 2014 for a 6 month period (will consider shorter lets but rent may vary).

Just off Northcote Rd, Webbs Rd is between Clapham Junction and Clapham South tube stations. Commuting takes 10 mins to Waterloo or Victoria from Clapham Junction and 15 minutes into the City via the Northern Line at Clapham South.

Northcote Rd offers a fantastic selection of restaurants and bars that are all just down the street.

The Flat:

The flat comes inclusive of all bills and council tax, so no need to worry about paper work. This includes Sky+, Sky broadband and a lovely cleaner who currently comes once a fortnight. The flat has a shared kitchen, large lounge with flat screen TV and dining room table, and one bathroom with a good shower and bath. The flat is on the second floor of the building and split across two floors, one bedroom on either floor. We are above a dive shop and a lingerie shop, which may well one day be useful...still waiting to see.

The Room:

Double room includes a double Bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. There is good storage both in the room and the flat.

Your Flatmate:

I'm a young professional working in finance and based on Sloane Square. I'm always in and out of the flat in the evenings depending on the social calendar, but would be happy if someone wants to get involved and go out for drinks (often in Clapham or Chelsea).

You:

It would be great to have a young professional who enjoys going and out making the most of the London nightlife. No couples or girls I'm afraid. I also enjoy keeping fit and working out, so anyone keen to get involved would be a huge bonus!
