Exceptionally Large Room next to Tooting Common

The room

The person:
We are looking for a relaxed single person, preferably male, for a very large double room. We are looking for someone sociable, but who respects their and our privacy, and is clean and tidy.

The room:
The room is exceptionally large and looks onto the back garden with tree views. The room is furnished with a sofa, double bed, flat screen tv, wardrobe and chest of drawers, with addtional built in storage. The flat is spacious and the room is set at the back of the house so is very private. Please note that we do not have central heating and heating is via old fashioned gas fires (see room picture). The new tenant will share the kitchen and bathroom.

The flat:
The new tentant will share the kitchen and bathroom and is welcome to use the sitting rooom when we are away. The kitchen has a dining table, oven, fridge/freezer and microwave. The bathroom has a bath with shower.

The location:
The flat which is on the top floor of a Victorian house, is in a beautiful street, next to Tooting Bec common with its tennis courts, running tracks and lido. A 5 minute walk will bring you to Tooting Bec tube station and a 15 minute walk to Balham Rail station. Numerous bus stops are within easy reach.

Bills:
All bills excluding gas and electricity and wifi are included.

Our last tentant has been with us for 4 years and the previous tenant for 3 years.
