The flat has a large lounge with a original fireplace and bay windows and with an open plan fully fitted kitchen.

There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath which would be for your use only as there is also a master bedroom with an ensuite. There are cream modern carpets throughout and the flat has been well maintained and has a great airy feel.

Your room is a good size double with built in cupboards and wardrobes on one wall, double bed and some shelving.

We believe bills being about £55 each including broadband. It is on with an agent and so there is a £240 fee between the three of us and £45 for a reference check each. 6 weeks deposit as standard.

About us:
We are a professional couple working in politics and early years education. I enjoy yoga, travelling, cooking, art and writing whilst my partner loves to speak languages, particularly Spanish and anything to do with the Spanish culture. We are both vegetarians and like to cook fairly healthy and we have a juicer we use regularly.
