Excellent public transport options - Easy access to Victoria and central London via rail from Streatham Hill (15-20 min), to Brixton (Victoria line) and to the city, London Bridge and Kings Cross (from Tulse Hill). Northern line from Balham (5 min by train). Multiple night buses.

2 big living rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, all the usual mod-cons and more - wifi, broadband.. even a juicer and an espresso machine! Good for outdoor and sporty folks - good access to local parks and tennis court up the road.

To share with friendly house-trained, non-smoking, 40-something female landlady (me) and partner, who works from home but travels occasionally. Cherish nights in but have active social life also.
