Double room (big) to let, as I'm leaving for Australia for new experiences, will be available on may 4th, need someone to take over it (girl or guy). The contract ends on September 4th, will be up to you if you want to extend it :)

Ex council apartment, between Oval/Camberwell., lots of light, Amazing views! located on the top floor(10th. Can see the sunrise from the kitchen/balcony having breakfast with coffee or tea; sunset from your room.

the place need a bit of DIY but it doesn't matter it feels like home. The apartment has two double bedrooms(same size, bills and rent split equally), shared living room, separate kitchen (washing machine, dish washer, fridge freezer), bathtub, separate toilet and a good size balcony.

Your room is a good size double room, lots of space to play around, tu put your things.

You will be sharing the place with Adrian (32yr old male) a really sociable down to earth person, know him for over 20 years, he is my best friend. great cook, mixologist(bartender in a great cocktail bar in chelsea), cyclist, xbox lover and gadget lover. great person to share a flat with.

The rent is 783ppm all inclusive (netflix, internet, gas&elec, water, council etc...) but we put an even 800p, whatever is left we use it for house stuff. also you will have to give a deposit of 825. that you will get at the end of the tenancy.

Oval tube station 10 min walk, 5 min walk ti bus stop (36, 436, 185 all go to vauxhall, victoria) cool pubs with in distance (the kenninton, The old dispensary (live jazz on fridays), the tiger) and also you will have brixton market 15 to 20 min walk away or a short bus ride on the P5.
