Hi my name is Sam, I'm looking for an easy going professional female to share a 2 bedroom property located near Wimbledon, in the lower Morden/Mitcham area.

I'm originally from South Africa, I work in Marketing and spend my free time relaxing at home or going to the gym. I enjoy cooking and travelling when I can.

The property is 5 mins walk to Belgrave Walk Tram Stop - which connects to Wimbledon Mainline Station (5 minutes journey time) or Croydon (15 minutes) in the opposite direction.

The room is freshly painted with new wooden floors. There is a double bed and brand new double wardrobe with ample hanging and storage space.

The place is kept very clean and tidy, and is fully furnished with all amenities; cooker, washing machine and dryer, fridge/freezer etc. The lounge has 2 large leather sofas, a flat screen TV and Internet, and a dining table with chairs by the window.

The place is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful leafy area with Morden Hall park just behind the property.

Rent is £550 PCM including all bills - 1 month's rent and £450 deposit required in advance.
