Good sized double available in large 3 bed flat only 5 minutes from Stockwell station and 7 minutes to Clapham North.

The room is available until the end of June and possibly after as Dave is extending the lease. I'm wanting to avoid double rent after taking this room on a short term lease between places.

Rent is 180 per week which includes all bills, sky (with sky sports), broadband, wifi.

Room is a double with a decent view, double bed, wardrobe, two chest of drawers, side drawers and bedding if you need it.

Flat is split level over the top two floors of a 4 floor end of terrace property. Really quiet for how close to the station it is and has a large front room with table for 8 and couch space for 5. Good sized kitchen, washer, microwave and a large bathroom with bath and power shower. Housemates are very considerate.

You'll be sharing with two cool guys. Lennard, Dutch, works in property and enjoys running and watching some football. Dave, English, works in Digital marketing, loves a cycle and is out a fair bit. Both are relaxed and have their own lives but also are around a couple nights a week to share some dinner.
