The location and transport link is brilliant, it only takes 25 minutes from our door step to Oxford Circus Tube Station and you always have an alternative way to travel if some of the tube lines is suspended or closed.

9-12 minutes walking distance to Clapham High Street, where you can find lots of Entertainment like Clubs, Pubs, Restaurants, several Gyms and etc.
5 minutes walking distance to Brixton Academy, Cinema and other Leisure places.

• £150 Per Week (£650 per calendar month).
Bills like: Wi-Fi internet (150MB unlimited Virgin Broadband), Council Tax, Water, TV licence, Gas & Electricity will be added on top of the rent (approx. £65 per month) and also £20 per month for the cleaner.
One month deposit will be required, but I can be very flexible with the first payment.
