Are you a professional looking for a spacious double room in Tooting Broadway? Are you happy to share with one man and his dog? Look no further.

The room is in a first floor, purpose built Edwardian maisonette. It has all mod cons including broadband. The kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, there’s a communal dining area, bathroom and a garden. A cleaner comes once a week. Your room has a fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, leather armchair and double bed (with a new Warren Evans mattress).

The flat is on a quiet road with friendly neighbours who will take in your parcels. Tooting Broadway Tube is only 11 minutes walk away according to GoogleMaps, but I do it in 8 (especially when running late…) St George’s Hospital is only 2 minutes away. (Fortunately ambulances arrive at the other end of the hospital so you won't be disturbed by sirens.)

You will be sharing with me, a 40 year old male (live in landlord), and my dog Jezza. I am a Health Care Professional. He is a friendly, house-trained Beagle.

I’m looking for a friendly, easy-going, non-smoker. Both the dog and I are house trained and we’d need you to be too.

Bills are not included. They come to approx. £145/month – including a weekly cleaner.

I can arrange a residents parking permit if required.

Available from Sunday 18th October 2015.
