A large, spacious 4 bedroom house with kitchen and dining table, comfortable lounge, two bathrooms and another separate toilet, and garden for summer barbecues.

The room available is a very large double master bedroom. The room is part-furnished with a king-size bed and mattress, and built-in cupboards on one wall which offer plenty of storage.

The room is available from approximately 30 January 2016. Exact date (ie. a week before or after) can be subject to discussion.

The current total monthly is £775 which includes rent and current bills (£698 rent + approx £77 for bills).

The figure for the bills includes the below and is based on the monthly average based on the total I've spent in the last 12 months:

· Virgin TV, phone and Broadband
· Council tax
· Electricity and Gas
· Cleaner once every 2 weeks
· Cleaning products for the house, toilet paper etc.

Water is paid once a year and has already been paid until 31st March 2016.

This is a fantastic house which I am sad to be leaving, but I'm moving in with my girlfriend!

The house is very spacious, clean, comfortable and is well taken care of. The house has a lovely homely feel to it and is made up of 3 other sociable professionals (2 English & 1 South African).

It’s about a 10 minute walk to Southfields station and the 39 and 156 bus stop is just a 2 min walk around the corner. This will get you to Clapham Junction in about 15 mins, Wimbledon in 15 mins, Southfields station in 3 mins.

Permit parking is available outside the house if required.

We are ideally looking for a male tenant between the ages of 25 – 31 who perhaps has lived in a house share before, easy going, non-smoker, and is clean and neat.
