Sociable flat in clapham/brixton

We have a double room up for grabs in a flat we've just secured, walking distance to Clapham high street and Brixton (~10 mins walk either way).

We're both pretty laid back, sociable people so we're looking for a sociable house to match. Ewan's a hydrogeologist (don't ask) and I work in digital-marketing. We both have a good bunch of mates around London, but we'll often be in and about for food, sports, tv and obligatory nights out in Brixton.

The flat has a great sized lounge and a massive kitchen/diner (inc. dishwasher, gas cooker and all the usual stuff). The room itself is a small double but has enough room to walk around the side and bottom of the bed with a large wardrobe (and possibly some drawers). It's completely furnished, but we'll probably chip in for some nice new stuff as well.
